Get that higher paying job you’ve wanted

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”

We’ve all heard this question. And, in all likelihood, chances are that you likely dip into an idea of becoming a pilot or a superhero as a kid. In high grades, you may have express yourself to other on becoming future president. Of course, by the time college graduation comes around, many of us have made our minds to move on to more realistic professional career. But with our hyper-connected world moving a mile a minute these days, the tried-and-true professions that everyone pursues today could quickly become a thing of the past.

Then the Question pop up in our mind “So what does the future hold?”

Personally, I don’t think we should keep these trending jobs or high-paying jobs factors in our mind when pursuing our career. Instead, we should think about our passion while choosing professionalism. Although, money plays an important role in making anyone’s life worth living.

“Do what you love and the money will follow”

There’s one thing that keeps us back from pursuing our passions, it’s the fear of not being able to take care of ourselves, if we have them. It’s what keeps us in unfulfilling jobs: the guaranteed salary that’s enough or more than enough. But this idea pay heed to the fact that succeeding in anything requires a great deal of work and uncertainty. Risk is always part of life. For everyone who has made a good living doing something they enjoy, they have countless other equally things.

“Take risks: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise” 

This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t pursue our passions; it just means we’re more applicable to feel satisfied doing it if we define success in terms of less financial gain and more satisfaction. When you successfully make your passion more lucrative then it will be your strongest motivation.

Find out what you like doing best and get someone to pay you for doing it”

Higher Salaries are not being consider a problem for jobs in many fields. All fields that require very specialized knowledge, hence gives us attractive salaries. Employers seek the best of the best, and cultivating the skill set necessary to enter these careers takes considerable investment.

Now the Question is “Do we need to be Expert to get that higher paying Job that we wanted?”

Answer is Yes, We do need skills and expertise besides our passion and love about our desired job.

Perpetual learning, Building some strong connections, Practice and Presentation skills are some major points that a person should have to become successful.

Any other person will identify you as a successful person when you show him Commitment, Authenticity, Open-mindedness and Clarity about your work.
