It’s what keeps us in unfulfilling jobs: the guaranteed salary that’s enough or more than enough. But this idea pay heed to the fact that succeeding in anything requires a great deal of work and uncertainty. Risk is always part of life. For everyone who has made a good living doing something they enjoy, they have countless other equally things.
“Take risks: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise”
This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t pursue our passions; it just means we’re more applicable to feel satisfied doing it if we define success in terms of less financial gain and more satisfaction. When you successfully make your passion more lucrative then it will be your strongest motivation.
“Find out what you like doing best and get someone to pay you for doing it”
